MyBoxBuyer.com is an independent buying and delivery service for retailers that do not have a physical presence in Atlantic Canada. Start the process and submit your order. We will also accept word docs for shopping lists from Structube.com and Mobilia. Our Rates There is no minimum order and no extra charge for over sized items. We do, however charge a minimum service fee of $50 ($60 in Newfoundland) on orders less than $200. So the most economical option is to place an
order with a pre tax value of $200 or more. We calculate our commission fee on the pre-tax value of your order. i.e. Our fee for shipping a $300 item to Moncton is $75. Local provincial taxes are charged on our commission. NB, PEI, NS Rates Order values of $0 - $199 $50 flat fee Order values of $200 - $500 commission of 25% Order values of $501 - $2500 commission of 20% Order values of $2501 - $5000 commission of 17% Newfoundland Rates: Order values of $0 - $199 $60 flat fee Order values of $200 - $500 commission of 30% Order values of $501 - $2500 commission of 25% Order values of $2501 - $5000 commission of 22% Note: Additional discounts to commission fees are available for orders in excess of $5000. Payment All MyBoxBuyer.com customers must pay a 90% deposit before the buying trip by interac transfer or cheque (100% deposit in NL). Orders processed after our order deadline will be subject to a 100% deposit. Payment and delivery details will be provided by email after submitting your order, The remaining balance of your order is to be paid in cash or cheque upon delivery/pickup. Do you have an IKEA gift card? We can use a gift card towards your next order. We also purchase Ikea gift cards at 85% of their value. You must drop off or mail the card to us before the order deadline. Check the trip schedule for order deadlines and trip dates. Delivery MyBoxBuyer.com provides two delivery options. Pickup and Home Delivery. Pickup is the default delivery option for orders less than $1250. MyBoxBuyer makes many pit-stops along its delivery route. Customers who choose pickup as their delivery option must meet at the nearest location to receive their order. A location near you is not on the list? Send a request to myboxbuyer@gmail.com Home Delivery is provided at no extra charge for orders greater than $1250. Home delivery in Halifax Regional Municipality and St. John's, NL can be added for an additional $50. Newfoundland customers Home delivery in Newfoundand is an additional item that requires a quote. Quotes vary depending on client proximity to our Mount Pearl warehouse. Notice of Delivery and Tracking. Check our trip schedule to determine the delivery or pick up day in your area. We will contact customers the day of delivery to provide a more accurate time of pickups and home delivery. Terms MyBoxBuyer requires deposits to be payed prior to the buying trip to confirm your order. We cannot purchase items in advance or outside our buying schedule to qualify for special IKEA store sales. Our service fee is calculated using the product pricing on the Ikea.ca website. Any items that are not in stock during the purchasing trip may be picked up in the following monthly buying trip. You are only charged for items actually delivered. Payment by cash or email transfer is required in full upon receipt of orders. Sale Items We are unable to purchase items outside of our scheduled shopping dates. If an item is on sale at the time you create your shopping list, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the price at the time of purchase. If you are ordering an item that is on sale during our scheduled shopping dates we will honour the sale price. Our commissions, however, will be based on the regular price of the item. *Free Shipping on orders of Pali furniture to all of the cities we service within 50 km of the city centre. |
