For IKEA, please create a shopping list on the IKEA site (using the Montreal store), email it to yourself, then fill out the form below and upload the PDF. For all other stores create a list of the items you'd like, identifying them by name, description, quantity and price (a product number or web link would be nice too), and upload them on the form
