Lead Time & Returns

Lead Times 
Most IKEA items are standard stock items.We will shop several different IKEA stores each trip in an attempt to complete every order if an item is out of stock. If you are ordering a Kitchen or other large volume items from IKEA, please ensure that you place your order 2-3 days before the trip deadline so we can ensure availability of space.
  • Crate&Barrel, Pottery Barn, Urban Outfitters, CB2 and Restoration Hardware orders need to be placed 2 weeks before the trip deadline. If orders are not ready we will pick them up on the next monthly buying trip.
  • Orders for Mobilia and Structube cannot be taken after the buying trips begin. We will make every effort to confirm stock availability prior to the buying trip. 

NOTE: Most items are in stock and available for pick up during our scheduled buying trips. Please double check the availability of items prior to ordering, as certain large items may have extended lead times.

Return Policy
All sales are final on Structube and Mobilia purchases.

You will have 7 days from the date of delivery to return goods to us from Crate&Barrel, West Elm, Pottery Barn, and Restoration Hardware**. All furniture is final sale. All sales are final on upholstered items from Pottery Barn. You may return furniture from Pottery Barn, but there is a 20% restocking fee charged on the return of all special order furniture.

You have 30 days to return goods for a full refund from Pali**

If an IKEA item has been damaged in any way, return it to us with all the original packaging and we will replace the item on the next trip or offer you a full refund**. Do not accept shipped items from a MyBoxBuyer courier partner that display obvious signs of damage. If you changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with an IKEA purchase, simply return the unused item to us before our next monthly buying trip. Contact MyBoxBuyer by email to arrange a drop off of your IKEA return.Refunds will be issued as cash transfers following a regular scheduled buying trip.

Furniture is covered by manufacturers warranty. Original packaging is required for all returns and exchanges.We do not accept returns on used bedding (i.e., all bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops), any mattress or stuffed/ upholstered product without a law label, cut fabrics, made-tomeasure items (i.e., custom countertops), any product that has been modified/altered/washed, AS-IS products and IKEA gift cards.  Please be sure about measurements, colours etc. when ordering.

*The commission fee is a service fee and is therefore taxable.
**A flat rate of $50 applies for all return services for MyBoxBuyer clients. A return service is offered to customers who purchased direct from IKEA for a fee of $125.
